Your body is changing. Your identity is shifting. Your nervous system is working in ways that it never has before. And somewhere in the middle of growing, birthing and nurturing a new life, it can be easy to lose the thread back to yourself. You're doing amazingly and I'm here to support you.
Whether you're pregnant, freshly postpartum, or further into the journey of motherhood, this work meets you exactly where you are. There is no timeline you need to be on.
I have been supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond for over 14 years. And am a mum of 2 wonderful kids (I'm still learning on the job with them!).
How we work together
Through Kinesiology, we have a heartfelt conversation with your whole being, mind, body and spirit. Using muscle testing and biofeedback, your body shows us exactly what it needs. Together we may work on:
π Reducing pain and improving movement
π Releasing limiting beliefs, fears and shame
π Connecting the dots between your emotions and physical symptoms
π Processing stressors and trauma, past, present or future, that may be linked to your pain, movement restrictions and scars
π Birth mindset and preparation
π Confidence with voicing yourself
π Birth processing, giving your story the space it deserves
π Turning overwhelm into clarity and actionable steps
π Supporting your transition into matrescence
π Relaxation
Through Myotherapy, we continue this support with hands-on bodywork. Together we may work on:
π Reducing pain and improving movement including breath
π Pregnancy and postpartum comfort
π Releasing scar tissue such as c-section and laparoscopy scars (from 8 weeks post surgery. This work can also be beneficial many years on, itβs never too late)
π Improving lymphatic flow
π Releasing myofascial restrictions
π Improving bowel movements and digestion
π Relaxation
Together, these two modalities offer something truly whole. Tending to your body, your nervous system, your emotions and your spirit all at once.

Please note: I do not diagnose or cure. What I do is work with your whole self to restore flow, balance and your own natural capacity to thrive.
